Beginner'sSeries- #2 Healthy Moong Masala

In this Beginner's Series video learn to make one of the most simplest breakfast recipe. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try out this no fuss Healthy Moong Masala recipe (2 way)

Ingredients:
Akhe Hari Moong ( Whole Gram Beans) - 1 cup
Namak ( Salt) - 1 Tsp
Safed Mirch powder ( White Pepper Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
Nimbu Ras ( Lemon Juice) - 1 Tsp
Pyaaz ( Onion) - One small 
Tamatar ( Tomatoes) - One small
Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 medium 
Makkhan (Salted Butter) - 1 Tbsp
Dhaniya patte ( Coriander Leaves) - for Garnishing

Serves 2 

Preparation time: 8-10 minutes

Step 1
Take whole green gram in a bowl and soak it in water overnight ( minimum 12 hours)
In the morning drain the water and rinse them thoroughly.
Cut onion tomato and green chillies and mix them together in a bowl, and add salt white pepper and lemon juice. Mix them all well and keep this mixture ready.

Step 2 (Way 1)
1. Place a frying pan or wok on the gas and put to heat.
2. Put butter and as it melts add the green grams to it. Stir gently over medium flame for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the mixture of onion, tomato, green chillies which was prepared earlier tobthe pan and mix well.
4. Cover the pan by lid and let it stay for 4-5 minutes.
5. Check the seasoning, if all good garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

Step 2 ( Way)
Bring in all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, garnish with coriander leaves and that's all it's readyvto be consumed, serve cold.
