Uthe ho jaldi, ya ho gaye ho late. Nashte mein banalo aaj Omlette 🤗 Yes, in this Beginner's Series video I am trying to help you learn how to make some of the most simplest breakfast recipes. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try this super easy Egg Omlette recipe. Ingredients: Anda ( Egg) - 1 No. Pyaz ( Onion) -  One quarter of a medium size onion Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 meidum size Haldi Powder ( Turmeric Powder)- 1/8 Tspn Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) - 1/4 Tspn  Namak (Salt) - 1/2 Tspn or as per taste Dhaniya patte ( Coriander leaves) - About 1 Tbsp Tel ( Cooking Oil) - 1 Tbspn Serves - One Preparation time - 4-6 minutes Cooking time- 4 minutes Preparation method: 1. "Khud pe karo thoda bharosa, start with this easy to make Rawa Dosa" Yes, in this Beginner's Series video I am trying to help you learn how to make one of the most simplest breakfast recipe. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try making this Rawa Dosa. Ingredients: Rawa/ Sooji ( Semolina) - 1 cup Namak ( Salt) - 1 Tsp or as per taste Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 medium  Gunguna Paani ( Lukewarm water) - Approx 1/2 cup or as required Tel ( Cooking oil) - To grease the pan Paani ( Water) - 1/2 cup or as required Serves 1 Preparation time: 8-10 minutes Cooking time : 3-4 mins per Dosa 1. Fine chop green chillies.  2. In a bowl take semolina and add salt, chopped green chillies and mix them all well. 3. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try making Besan Chila Ingredients: Besan ( Gram Flour) - 1 cup Namak ( Salt) - 1 Tsp or as per taste Pyaaz ( Onion) - One small  Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 medium  Lal Mirch Powder ( Red chilli powder) - 1 Tsp Tel ( Cooking oil) - To grease the pan Paani ( Water) - 1/2 cup or as required Serves 1 Preparation time: 8-10 minutes Cooking time : 3-4 mins per chila 1. Cut onion and green chillies.  2. In a bowl take gram flour and add salt, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, sliced onions and mix them all well. 3. Start adding water slowly to this mixture, till you achieve a moderate consistency batter ( see in the video). 4. Heat frying pan over gas on mediolum flame. 5. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try out this no fuss Half Fry to go with bread for your morning breakfast. Ingredients: Ande (Egg) - 1 nos Namak ( Salt) - As per taste or a pinch to sprinkle over the Half fry Tel ( Cooking oil) - 1 Tbsp Serves 1 Preparation time: 2-3 minutes Steps 1. Keep all the ingredients handy. 2. Light upbthe gas and place a frying pan on top of it. 3. Pour 1 Tbsp oil and allow it to heat up on medium flame. 4. Once the oil is heated ( do not over heat) break the egg gently and drop the yolk onto the pan without breaking the yellow yolk. 5. Allow it to cook for a minute or two till the whites is cooked. 6. Turnnoff the gas and remove the egg inthe serving dish. 7. Sprinkle a pinch of salt or as per your taste over the egg. You may also season it with white pepper or chaat masal if you wish so. 8. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try out this no fuss Healthy Moong Masala recipe (2 way) Ingredients: Akhe Hari Moong ( Whole Gram Beans) - 1 cup Namak ( Salt) - 1 Tsp Safed Mirch powder ( White Pepper Powder) - 1/2 Tsp Nimbu Ras ( Lemon Juice) - 1 Tsp Pyaaz ( Onion) - One small  Tamatar ( Tomatoes) - One small Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 medium  Makkhan (Salted Butter) - 1 Tbsp Dhaniya patte ( Coriander Leaves) - for Garnishing Serves 2  Preparation time: 8-10 minutes Step 1 Take whole green gram in a bowl and soak it in water overnight ( minimum 12 hours) In the morning drain the water and rinse them thoroughly. Tea is probably the first thing in the morning which mostly we all look forward to have, and yet there are many who do not know how to make one, and hence this is the first recipe I am sharing on my YouTube channel "ALCHEMYINKITCHEN" Ingredients: Water ( Paani) : 1 + 1/3 cups Tea leaves ( Chai Patti) : 2 Tsp Sugar ( Cheeni) : 3 Tsp Milk ( Doodh) : 2/3 cup [Optional] Green Cardamom ( Hari Elaichi) : 2-3 no's.  Portion : Serves 2 ( Two pax) Preparation time: About 4-6 minutes Preparation method: 1. In a pan/ bowl take 1 +1/3 cups of Water ( Paani) and place it over the gas on high/ medium flame. 2. Add Tea Leaves ( Chai Patti) into the boiling water. After about a minute or so add Milk ( Doodh) and bring the flame to medium low. 3. Once the milk is mixed well, add Sugar ( Cheeni) and stir well. 4. Turn off the gas when boil starts to appear.  5. Take cups and pour it out and have with biscuit, cookies or any other snack of your choice or you just like that without any munch

Yes this is the name of my YouTube channel " ALCHEMYINKITCHEN " which was launched on 9th April 2020 showcasing it's first video ( promo video) So you might ask, there already exists so many cookery channels on YouTube so what's new or different with yours? To be honest there is nothing new. Intact there are chances that  you already might have come across or know by your own the recipes I will be sharing.  Recipes have been passed down to us from  varied sources, for instance some of us learnt it from our mom or grand mother, while some learnt them when they had to stay all by own or some out of interest, whatever the source be, we all love food ( well majority of us)  Every one has there own style of cooking and that perhaps is the reason that even when the recipes remains the same, ingredients and even the preparation method are same yet the cooking style differs from person to person and this brings out a unique sense of touch and taste to it 😊 I will be doing no
