If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try making Besan Chila Ingredients: Besan ( Gram Flour) - 1 cup Namak ( Salt) - 1 Tsp or as per taste Pyaaz ( Onion) - One small  Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 medium  Lal Mirch Powder ( Red chilli powder) - 1 Tsp Tel ( Cooking oil) - To grease the pan Paani ( Water) - 1/2 cup or as required Serves 1 Preparation time: 8-10 minutes Cooking time : 3-4 mins per chila 1. Cut onion and green chillies.  2. In a bowl take gram flour and add salt, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, sliced onions and mix them all well. 3.
