Yes, in this Beginner's Series video I am trying to help you learn how to make some of the most simplest breakfast recipes. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try this super easy Egg Omlette recipe.

Ingredients:
Anda ( Egg) - 1 No.
Pyaz ( Onion) -  One quarter of a medium size onion
Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 meidum size
Haldi Powder ( Turmeric Powder)- 1/8 Tspn
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) - 1/4 Tspn 
Namak (Salt) - 1/2 Tspn or as per taste
Dhaniya patte ( Coriander leaves) - About 1 Tbsp
Tel ( Cooking Oil) - 1 Tbspn

Serves - One
Preparation time - 4-6 minutes
Cooking time- 4 minutes

Preparation method:
1. Take onion, green chillies and coriander leaves and chop them all and keep aside.
2. In a glass or small bowl/ dish break an egg.
3. Add the chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and whip well.
4. Now add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to egg mixture and whip again till fluffy.
5. Light up the gas stove on medium flame and keep frying pan on top of it so that the pan heats up.
6. Now pour oil onto the pan. When the oil heats up pour the egg mixture on the frying pan. Let it cook for about two minutes or till egg mixture gets cooked with no trace of liquid.
7. Flip over and cook for a minute. Your Egg Omlette is ready to serve hot with bread or any staple of your choice, or have it just like that.
