Yes, in this Beginner's Series video I am trying to help you learn how to make one of the most simplest breakfast recipe. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try making this Rawa Dosa.

Ingredients:
Rawa/ Sooji ( Semolina) - 1 cup
Namak ( Salt) - 1 Tsp or as per taste
Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 medium
Jeera (Cummin Seeds) - 1 Tspn
Khane ka Soda (Baking Soda) - 1/2 Tspn 
Gunguna Paani ( Lukewarm water) - Approx 1/2 cup or as required
Tel ( Cooking oil) - To grease the pan
Paani ( Water) - 1/2 cup or as required

Serves 1

Preparation time: 8-10 minutes
Cooking time : 3-4 mins per Dosa

1. Fine chop green chillies. 
2. In a bowl take semolina and add salt, chopped green chillies, Cummin Seeds, baking soda and Ching's Schezwan Stir Fry mix them all well.
3. Start adding lukewarm water slowly to this mixture, till you achieve a moderate consistency batter ( see in the video).
4. Heat frying pan over gas on mediolum flame.
5. When the pan is hot grease it with cooking oil, and then pour out batter from the liddle onto the pan and spread out the batter carefully to give it a round shape.
6. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, and when you notice that the air pockets have formed with the help of flat spatula flip the dosa.
7. Let it cook for about 2 minutes and take it off the pan onto the serving plate.
8. Repeat the same for rest of the mixture.
9. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato suace/ ketchup.
