Launching soon...."Alchemyinkitchen" my YouTube channel on food recipes

Hi all,
I am not new to the blogging community, some of you might have already come across my blog on WordPress where I blog as Nilesh Sharma-Student Of Life (nilesharmaa.wordPress.com)

I love to cook and have been thinking since long to make videos of the recipes I cook. It gives me immense pleasure to share with you all that I will be very soon launching my YouTube channel on food recipes and cookery under the banner: "ALCHEMYINKITCHEN"

As you are all aware that most of us in most parts of the world is locked down in the confines of our homes, thanks to "Corona Virus" (Covid -19) our movements are restricted and this has lead to a point where we have lot of time in hand to do things we always wanted to do but couldn't get the time to do them.

But then as humans we strive to find an opportunity in calamity and true to these words I got the opportunity to work on creating videos of the recipes.

I have shot some videos already and some are in the studio for editing and processing. As soon as I have a decent number of videos ready I will start uploading them on my YouTube channel (alchemyinkitchen), and here on this new blog i will share the detailed recipe and preparation method of the recipes which i will upload on my YouTube channel "Alchemyinkitchen" for you all to see and try them out ;)

Beginner'sSeries - #4 Besan Chila

In this Beginner's Series video learn to make one of the most simplest breakfast recipe. If you are new to cooking or want to learn some easy to cook simple food for breakfast, try making Besan Chila Ingredients: Besan ( Gram Flour) - 1 cup Namak ( Salt) - 1 Tsp or as per taste Pyaaz ( Onion) - One small  Hari Mirch ( Green Chillies) - 1 medium  Lal Mirch Powder ( Red chilli powder) - 1 Tsp Tel ( Cooking oil) - To grease the pan Paani ( Water) - 1/2 cup or as required Serves 1 Preparation time: 8-10 minutes Cooking time : 3-4 mins per chila 1. Cut onion and green chillies.  2. In a bowl take gram flour and add salt, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, sliced onions and mix them all well. 3.
